I’m 37 today!
Interesting fact: in Korea I have been and will be 38 all year.
When you’re born, you’re 1 year old. On January 1, the entire nation of Korea turns a year older. So if you’re born on December 31, on January 1, you are 2 years old, even though you are 1 day old.
So in Korea, on January 1 you are 2 years older than your “international age” and upon your birthday you are only 1 year older.
I’m celebrating my birthday by visiting a friend at another gym and rolling with friends! Tiara is optional. Or not.
Happy b-day!
Happy Birthday, Julia!!!!! I also spent my birthday this year training. I like to think you do on your birthday what is most important in your life. So good for you! 🙂 BJJ addicts!
Happy B-day.
On my birthday, I also plan on rocking a tiara
Tiaras are NEVER optional
Didn’t know that about Korea and ages…very cool!
