Describe EITHER yesterday or today (or both!) in terms of your diet and your exercise. How do you feel about it on a scale from 1-10, 1 being shame, 10 being super proud?

1-3 Embarrassment/Shame: I challenge you in the next two days to eat/exercise in a way that you are NOT embarrassed about. This doesn’t mean you have to feel pride or excitement, but just in a way that you don’t feel bad.

4-6 Neutral: I challenge you in the next two days to eat/exercise in a way that makes you feel proud to report it.

7-10 Positive/Excitement: CONGRATULATIONS! I challenge you do maintain this for the next two days!

I feel a 10 so far. Yesterday I ate around 1430 calories, ran to jiu jitsu, lifted weights, did jiu jitsu class, then ran home. My diet was clean and the only sugar consumed was post-workout chocolate milk. Today it’s around noon. No exercise, but I have eaten clean so far.
