I’m feeling really sad right now. My boyfriend just moved back to America today. He stayed with me for the past 2 weeks and left this morning. I haven’t done Bjj in that whole time because I wanted to spend that time with him. We’ll be doing the long distance thing, but that’s not quite the same thing as being the middle spoon between kitty and boyfriend. So here are some videos to help cheer you up.

Jiu Jiu’s Question: Any other funny BJJ videos you can link?
Not strictly jiujitsu, but I loved this! Props to Mark Munoz http://youtu.be/uC7rELkrU_M
Master Ken can always be relied on. He recently did a tip for the Australian Girls in Gis event – I don’t know if everyone can access it but – https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?v=10151908618975779
Some great advice for utilising “hits” hair
Hi there! Long time lurker here for the lols. I’ve only recently been introduced to LivetheMachLife and hadn’t gotten to that video you posted above – totally on point! I always thought Kesting’s zombie apocalypse video was amusing: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kb7-SpJdgQI And there’s always cat videos. Or puppies.
(Btw, I feel you with long distance relationships. Is LINE a big thing in Korea? ‘Cause it’s been a lifesaver since I’ve moved to Japan.)
(Btw #2 I hope you don’t mind me linking to old posts of yours; I’m just now starting a blog of my own after lurking around the internet!)
Apologies for my late response!! I’ve been a bit emotionally tapped this month – fired, boyfriend left, new job starting, changing jiu jitsu gyms. My blog was left in the dust for a bit. 🙁
Absolutely please link away, and please feel welcome to link to any of your posts in the comments sections (like “Oh hey – I wrote about this too, here! ==> link). I will add you to my Feedly and start commenting!
Nice videos! I love Master Ken, especially when he’s doing the hurticane :).
I like the Fighters Only music parodies, like What Does the Wand Say:

The tackle and grapple one always makes me laugh!
And sometimes the long distance thing can really put things into perspective. Good luck!
Master Ken is hilarious. I am not sure which is funnier, the videos or the comments where people don’t realize that it’s satire.
hahaha – I hadn’t seen those before. Guess I haven’t explored the funnier side of bjj.
I’ve done the long distance thing – it works if you have 1) trust and 2) time to wait.
Arnold Schwarzenegger coaching brazilian jiu jitsu is one of my all time favorites:

Kit Dale Retires From Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is also one of my favorites. Basically anything Kit Dale does is gold.
